FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: attachment for setting stationary part, feeder with cut-off device and unit for positioning, feeding and pressing in parts are mounted on the bad. The guide is mounted inside the hollow flange secured to the bed. The guide is made up as hollow cylinder whose inner diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of a part to be pressed in. The flange and guide have lateral grooves for feeding parts from the feeder at the top part. The plunger provided with cylindrical step space having conical adapting surface between the steps is mounted inside the space of the guide. The ball, which is in contact with the conical adapting surface, and head of the pusher coupled with the rod of the power cylinder are positioned inside the space of the grater step. The bushing, which is spring-loaded with respect to the rod of the power cylinder through a flexible member, is movably mounted on the pusher. The rigidity of the spring exceeds the rigidity of the flexible member set in the guide. There are lateral slots at the end of the guide. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 7 dwg
