FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flexibly suspended container 1 has working drums 13 wherein parts and working fluid are received. The drums are secured to rotatable mandrel 8 through flat springs 9. The springs are inclined at the acute angle α to the plane which passes through the axis of the output shaft and axis of respective drum. The flat springs are secured to the mandrel and drums through rotatable flanges 10. The drums are provided with intakes 16 for spooning flowing water out near the bottom of the container. The flat springs are mounted for permitting adjusting of the angle a in the range of 0-90 deg. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 9 dwg
