FIELD: processing of chemical fibers. SUBSTANCE: device comprises bath 1 filled with preparation 2 to a certain level. There is a roller 4 rotating on shaft 3 and partly immersed into bath 1. Pressed against roller 4 is guide plate 5 mounted on upright 6 by means of pins 8. Adjusting screw 7 and springs 9 regulate the forces which press plate 5 against the surface of roller 4. Rigidly secured on upright 6 is bracket 10 with a cutout for thread and thread guide 12. Control plate 13 is secured to bracket 10 with a provision for being moved horizontally in the plane of bracket 10 by adjusting screw 14. Thread guide 15 is installed on side surface of the bath.
