FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: textile waste consists of combings, remainders, pealings from the preparatory-combing machines of wool industry. Needle piercing is carried out with a needle projection density of 1000-4000 l/lin. m and a feed-per-prick of 6-8 mm until the surface density of fabric reaches 50-350 g/sq.m. Wool waste and synthetic fibers are taken in the following proportion, wt. -% : wool waste, 50-90, synthetic fibers, 10-50. Synthetic fibers are low-shrinking PVC fibers with a linear density of 0.68-2 tex. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
