FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: fibrous semi-finished product production method provides for boiling of vegetable raw material with organic solvent in boiling apparatus , separation of waste solution and its regeneration by evaporation of organic solvent in heat-exchanger chamber with following vapor condensation, formed in upper part of boiling apparatus, and returning of regenerated solution in boiling process. Before regenerated solution returning in boiling process organic solvent lignin by its blasting out of lower part of heat-exchanger chamber in collecting capacity under pressure of 0.1 - 1.0 mPa. In the case, degree of lignin removal from waste boiling solution is controlled by speed of waste boiling solution feeding into heat-exchanger chamber. Solvent with boiling temperature of 70 - 120 C is used as organic solvent. EFFECT: fibrous semi-finished products production method is used in chemical industry. 2 cl, 1 tbl
