FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: in boiler plant, using boiler 1, contact heat-exchange and mass-transfer apparatuses 2, 3 with sprinkling devices 4, 5, trays 6, 7 and working enclosures 8, 9, flow governors 10, 11, level detector 12 and temperature-sensitive elements 13, 14, tray 7 is connected to sprinkling device 5 through flow governor 15 connected to the control unit, and all flow governors are installed on a by-pass to orifice plates 16 for indication of flow rate of the heat-transfer agent. Aqueous solutions of salts of alkali and/or alkaline-earth metals are used as heat-transfer agent. The boiler plant has also electrolyzer 19. Tray 6 is connected to sprinkling device 4 through flow governor 20 connected to the control unit, and apparatus 3 is installed on a by-pass to the main gas duct. The boiler plant has additional contact heat-transfer apparatus 22. Tray 24 is connected to sprinkling device 23 through heat exchanger 25 and flow governor 26.
