FIELD: heat exchanging engineering. SUBSTANCE: member has two coaxially mounted pipes 1 and 2. Ring passage 3 defined between the pipes is separated into alternating sections 4 provided with rows of ball turbulizers 5, the diameter of the balls being no less than half width of passage 3. Turbulizers 5 are arranged over the screw line having a given elevating angle and have through openings through which wire spring spiral 8 passes. The height of the part filled with turbulizers 5 is 1.7 of the diameter of the turbulizer. The height of the part without the turbulizers are equal to three diameters of the turbulizer. The spiral can be provided with flat parts 9 which bounds the sections. The width of the parts exceeds the diameter of through openings made in turbulizers 5. Openings, wherein the spiral ends are secured, can be made in the walls of outer pipe 2. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 5 dwg
