FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stabilizer has a regulating unit, connected through a measuring shunt with terminals for load connection, a direct-current amplifier, whose output is connected with a control input of the regulating unit, a reference current source, connected with current terminals of a reference resistor, an ampere-turn unbalance detector, a measuring winding and a magnetic screen. One of potential outputs of the measuring shunt is connected through the measuring winding with a respective potential output of the reference resistor, its other output is connected directly with another potential output of that resistor. The stabilizer also includes an analogous voltage adder, whose output is connected with an input of the direct current amplifier; low-frequency amplifier, whose output is connected to first input of the analogous voltage detector adder and whose second input is connected with an output of the ampere-turn unbalance detector; feed-back circuit winding, whose one output is directly connected with an input of the low-frequency amplifier and whose other output is connected with respective input of the same amplifier through connected in series capacitor and resistor. EFFECT: enhanced static and dynamic accuracy, increased stability. 1 cl, 3 dwg
