FIELD: electric power conversion. SUBSTANCE: device has transistor 5 of first type of conductivity and auxiliary switch member 2 whose first lead is connected to first lead of power supply 1 and second lead is connected to first output terminal designed for connecting power switch 3 to control electrode; power electrode of switch 3 is connected through second output terminal connected to first lead of diode 7 and first lead of voltage source 4; third lead of auxiliary switch member is connected to control input of device and to first lead of resistor 9; threshold element 8 is inserted between second lead of diode and base of transistor coupled with third lead of auxiliary switch member whose second lead is connected to transistor emitter; its collector is connected to second lead of voltage source and second lead of resistor.
