FIELD: cheese-making equipment. SUBSTANCE: line is equipped with a mechanical transmission connected with the drive of the coagulator auger, and a conveyor. The latter has the form of a vertical shaft with a rigidly mounted rotor. The latter is made as a ribbed disc with a hub. A master form consists of two curvilinear guides equidistant from each other. The coagulator is a container of a variable section in length and is positioned at an angle to the conveyor. The auger has perforated and whole coils. Installed at the container outlet are an adjustable device and an end-piece with an outlet hole. EFFECT: line ensures continuous delivery of dishes for filling them with cheese mass, and concurrent filling and briquetting operations. 5 cl, 7 dwg
