FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: mechanism is connected by a shaft which can rotate against rotation of the drum and is equipped with cutter members arranged spirally on the shaft. Installed on the internal surface of the drum between ridges are additional cutter members. These members of the shaft and drum are of an identical shape and overlap one another in length. The mechanism has a settling centrifuge disposed after the bone-remover whose inlet branch pipe is in communication with the pipe discharging suspension from the bone remover.
