FIELD: producing construction materials. SUBSTANCE: clamp has frame, traverses mounted on the frame, locking assembly, pressing plate, double- arm levers which are pivotally connected in pair and bottom arms of which are provided with clamping plates with flexible spacers, and ties pivotally connected with the traverse and top arms of the double-arm levers. The pivots of double-arm levers connected with the frame are arranged in the same vertical plane as working surface of the flexible spacers when the clamping plates are in operation position. Each of the clamping plates is pivotally secured to the bottom arms of the double-arm levers on the axle positioned at a distance of 0.2-0.35 of the clamping plate height from the base of the clamping plate. The flexible spacer is mounted over the height of the clamping plate whose altitude is equal to the altitude of the brick pile. The pressing plate is provided with a damper spacer and mounted for permitting vertical movement under the action of gravity in sockets with stops. Rods secured to the frame are housed in the sockets. The flexible spacer of the clamping plate has vertical grooves of 3-5 mm in width, 8-15 mm in depth, and spaced at the distance of 10-20 mm. Lateral planks of 8-15 mm in width, which can be controlled by the height, are mounted on the clamping plate under the flexible spacer. Controlled arresting stops are mounted on the bottom arms of the double-arm levers. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 5 dwg
