EQUIPMENT FOR SEPARATING FRAMEWORK FROM RUBBER-METAL ARTICLES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2037417 C1

FIELD: separation of framework from rubber-metal articles. SUBSTANCE: equipment is provided with a rubber-metal articles accumulator and a mechanism for their piece-by-piece sending to a means which serves to transport rubber-metal articles. The means is made in the form of a three-section chute and transportation mechanism. The first section of the chute is located before an inductor and made in the form of a prism having a slot along its horizontal axis. A pusher with mechanism to run it are fitted into the slot. The second section of the chute is located inside the inductor and made in the form of a thin-wall spout whose shape corresponds to that of rubber-metal article. The third section is placed behind the inductor and made in the form of a prism hingedly mounted on a rotary axle combined with a drive for its revolution. The device for separating rubber from metal framework is made in the form of a mandrel mounted on a bed and a drive for causing the chute travel to pick up and select metal framework, left and right brackets, a horizontal column fastened between them, and two plates. The plates are mounted for traveling along the column; the first is provided with locks for fixing it on the column, and a conductor bushing. The second plate has locks for fixing the mandrel and kinematically connecting it with the drive. The left bracket is provided with a bushing mounted coaxially to the mandrel which serves to separate rubber from metal framework. The equipment under review is provided with adjusting supports for holding and fixing articles after their passage through the inductor. The inductor is removable and mounted on the base fastened on the second section. The adjusting supports are mounted for upward movement. Rollers are mounted on the working surfaces of the first and second sections of the chute. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability. 3 cl, 6 dwg
