FIELD: instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: signals are fed from the electric oscillator to the input of the phase detector and the first delay line. The electric signal passes through accelerated delay lines and gains in amplifiers. Phases of the signals are compared in the phase detector. The output signal is filtered by low-pass filter. The frequency meter measures frequency of the output signal of the phase detector. A power source is connected to the oscillator and amplifiers. EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements. 1 dwg
