FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: system has lens rotating system for image transmission and eye-piece. Compensator is mounted behind the image transmitting system. The compensator has two double-lens components. Each component has positive and negative lenses separated by air space. Moreover, the first component is mounted in front of front focal plane of the eye-piece. The second component is mounted behind the front plane of the eye-piece. Components of the compensator are turned with their positive lenses one to another and removed from the front focal plane of the eye-piece for distance exceeding over two diopters. The first lens of the compensator is made in form of a meniscus turned with its concavity to the eye-piece, the second lens is biconcave, the third one has shape of a meniscus turned with its convexity to the eye-piece, and the fourth one is biconvex.
