FIELD: displaying of text and graphic data in automatics and computing technique. SUBSTANCE: apparatus provides displaying and shift of any arbitrary symbols and graphic characters by any number of bits in matrix type indicating panels of modules and between the modules with a controllable rate. The shift process itself is being performed with use of special control signals in two memory units, connected by a special fashion and being alternatively joined with the matrix indicating panel. Apparatus, having, each module having NOR-gates, a decoder, two groups of switches, a matrix-type indicating panel, two memory units, a control unit, also includes additional connection lines, a memory units and a control unit.
