FIELD: mixing fluids. SUBSTANCE: mixer has housing 1 with charging opening 2, discharging opening 3, and mixing member 5 mounted on shaft 4. The member is constructed as assembly of perforated plates mounted vertically and interconnected rigidly in series through ribs to form a multi-point star in the horizontal plane. When shaft 4 is set in rotation, the fluid is intensively mixed with plates of mixing member 5 affecting the fluid in different directions. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
