FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: thin-walled shell-type construction is placed in cradles on vehicle and is periodically turned by force through 180 degrees forth and back. In process of transportation, using strain gauges, levels of static component σme and dynamic component σae of equivalent stresses are found, number of characteristic levels ne of stresses σae is set and, according to each level, number of loading cycles Nci is determined by means of cycle counters. Before transportation, using known fatigue strength factors A, found experimentally, and ultimate strength σu of material of construction 1, value is calculated. When value reaches maximum tolerable value Δf, order is sent to switch on drives 10 and the latter, through driving gears 9, gear rims 8 of supports 2 and 3, by means of outer rings and rollers, will transmit rotation to inner rings rigidly coupled with construction 1. The latter is turned through angle of 180 degrees relative to movable base 4. EFFECT: enhanced safety. 2 dwg
