FIELD: excavating and loading/transport machines. SUBSTANCE: multipurpose loader/excavator includes a frame with units for connection to suspension mechanism of prime mover, working member of the loader/excavator connected to the frame, and extended feet being rotary in horizontal plane located on sides of the working member. The feet are made in the form of beams carrying wheel bearings with the beams provided with mounting seats (e. g. housing) to install additional replaceable working equipment, e.g. transport platform. EFFECT: improved operating features and wider operating opportunities of tractor driven loader/excavator at the expense of increased stability both lengthwise and crosswise when both moving as a transport, and loading/excavating operations, and at the expense of opportunity to install additional replaceable equipment (for example, transport platform), and easy mounting and dismantling. 4 cl, 2 dwg
