FIELD: drilling of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: acoustic emission sensor has transmitter casing and local vibration absorber disposed within resonance chamber mounted on transmitter casing. Stator turbine is disposed below resonator on transmitter casing. Perforated tube fixed in resonance chamber is formed as rotary code with longitudinal slits extending in circular path. Central sleeve of resonance chamber is disposed eccentrically with respect to transmitter casing axis on coded sleeve, which is connected with turbodrill shaft. Rotor turbine is loosely mounted on drive shaft above stator turbine. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in transmission of information by increased signal/noise ratio through absorption of vibration noise from drill column by means of local vibration absorber, with vibration noise being within the frequency bans of transmitted bottom information, and increased absorption of noise mode energy in inner cavity of resonance chamber. 5 dwg
