Compensator 13 is constructed as a piston pump. The mechanism for changing volume is provided with controlled valve 17. A buffer is mounted inside compression space 6 and constructed as compression- expansion spring 22 with supporting surfaces secured to displacing piston 7 and cylinder 1.
