SUBSTANCE: plant uses temperature potential of coolant vapor for preliminary heating of concentrated solution in gas-liquid heat exchanger, provides deep regeneration of heat between circulating fluid mediums owing to direct heat exchanging between high-temperature vapor of the coolant and concentrated solution, and uses the surfaces of heated, due to the heat conductivity, parts of a boiler for heating and partial evaporation of the concentrated solution in the conditions close to the regime of evaporation from thin films of liquid which are directly not involved into the main evaporation of the concentrated solution.
