SUBSTANCE: method involves milling and transportation of flour to unloading site, taking the flour by pneumatic transport to main and/or stand-by accumulating containers with covers, conducting concurrent aspiration of air by means of container filtering surfaces and an aspiration plant, preparing feedstock and water for mixing, preparing the dough and forming semifinished pieces, heat treating and cooling. At least some of the main and/or stand-by accumulating containers are connected to the aspiration plant and/or to one another with a provision for combined and/or selective switching at least by one additional air conduit to ensure that the area of filtering surface of each container should be not less than 0.2 the cross sectional area of the corresponding container and for adjusting its throughput which enables the air to be separated from flour particles smaller than 7 microns, taking in account the degree of dispersity of flour delivered by pneumatic transport and chosen so as to ensure the desired quality of the finished product.
