FIELD: poultry processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves crushing the heads and legs of agricultural fowl to a size of 2-3 cm, pouring with water and boiling for 10-15 min. Then the mixture is treated with fresh blood of agricultural fowl and boiling is continued while mixing to complete coagulation of blood. The resulting mass is cooled, packed and sterilized. The components for preparation of fodder are taken in the following ratio, wt.-% heads, 22; legs, 20-22; water, 4-6; blood, the balance. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
