FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: moulding machine has squeezing cylinder base 1 with piston 3. Piston 3 is constructed as hollow plunger with a bushing 4 fixed on its upper side. Bushing 4 and a plunger 3 form stepped cavity where a die 5 is placed. Die 5 has a step-like outer surface. The die lower side and the plunger 3 cavity bottom and walls form the lower pneumatic chamber 12. Working table 8 is freely mounted on bushing 4 upper side with the help of flexible member 9 and provided with guiding shank 7. Shank is centered in a cylinder cavity made in the upper part of a die 5 and forming the upper pneumatic chamber 11. Air-distributing system has channel 23 for permanent connection of the chamber 11 with atmosphere. Channels 16, 117, 18 of the air-distributing system feed air into the lower chamber 12 and into additional chamber 13. Squeezing cylinder chamber 14 is provided with channel 24 feeding and removing air. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
