FIELD: civil engineering; earth moving machines. SUBSTANCE: device has power source which input is connected with working fluid tank and which output is connected with reversed distributor slide valve output. One of the distributor outputs is connected to piston cavities of hydraulic cylinder for rotating handle. The rod cavities of the hydraulic cylinder are communicating with each other. The reversed distributor has two slide valves with independent control. One of the slide valve outputs with independent control is connected to one of the second slide valve with independent control communicating to the pipe line connecting hydraulic cylinder rod cavities through the common pipe line. The second output of the first slide valve with independent separated control is connected to the output of the reversed distributor slide valve. The second output of the second slide valve with independent control is connected to the other output of the reversed distributor slide valve. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in operating with manipulator working tools. 2 dwg
