EFFECT: comprehensive treatment of blood by ultraviolet radiation combined with transendoscopical administration of granulocyte concentrate ensures effective cicatrization of ulcerous defect to 96.0 98.6 percent and substantially shorter treatment period; cicatrization process involves no deformation of affected organ; ultraviolet treatment allows effective rearrangement of autoblood leukocyte receptor system and correction of humoral and cellular immunity.
