FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: device for powder grinding has a vertical cylindrical housing with an inlet hole on the upper face wall and an outlet hole on the lower wall. The diameter of the shaft of the stirrer in the part of the shaft which during the operation is submerged into the grinding charge is made greater by 0.5 of the diameter of the stirrer housing. The distance between the surfaces of the shaft and of the housing must not be less than two diameters of the grinding balls. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of grinding. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
