SUBSTANCE: prior to being foamed, an aqueous carbamidoformaldehyde resin solution is allowed to settle till the insoluble part precipitates, the water-soluble part of resin is decanted and foamed in the presence of a surface active agent, and the foam thus formed is mixed, prior to being conditioned with the insoluble part of resin and with the hardener.
