FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of cooling perishable goods in heat-insulated chamber consists in drawing gaseous nitrogen from gas cushion of service reservoir, passing it through two heat exchangers one of which is located in chamber and other in liquid section of service reservoir and feeding it to chamber. Upon stabilization of temperature in chamber, part of gaseous nitrogen is returned to chamber after first heat exchanger. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
