In addition device equalizes delay time of signal transmission circuits. Device has clock, transmission unit, four time delay regulation units, two modulators, two demodulators, six commutation units, two sweeping frequency oscillators, comparison unit, decoder, two clipping circuits, two units for computing packet transfer time, two units for computing phase-frequency response, two units for selection of recording time, two units for preliminary signal processing, two generators of counting pulses, receiving unit, encoder, transmission circuits. EFFECT: increased precision of measuring and regulation of delay time in signal transmission circuits. 8 dwg
