FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device comprises nozzle 5 connected with flexible pressure pipe 4 of pump 1 whose suction pipe 2 communicates with the lower part of a round reservoir 3. The nozzle is positioned above the reservoir on support 6 with a provision for being reversibly rotated in a horizontal plane by a drive mechanism. The latter has the form of a blade rotor 7 partly submerged in manure and kinematically linked via centrifugal governor 1 interacting with the reversible electric motor 14, with a gear transmission 15 whose driven wheel carries the nozzle. Said driven wheel is articulated in socket 18 of the support 6. In operation, the jet of manure thrown out of the nozzle twists the mass of manure in the reservoir, rotating the shaft of the centrifugal governor via its rotor. The movable sleeve 12 of the governor interacts with a microswitch 13 which turns on the electric motor 14. As a result, the nozzle turns and its jet forces the manure mass to rotate in the opposite direction, stopping the electric motor. EFFECT: substantial reduction of energy required for mixing, and lower metal content. 3 dwg
