FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: bakery oven comprises dead-end baking chamber, swinging-tray conveyor, heating system and a system for circulation of chamber medium. This system includes interconnected independent distributing and intake boxes 11-14 disposed in optimum baking zones for the range of baking products.
