FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing having external tube 1 and internal tube 2, collet chuck 3 and spring 4. Flexible hose 5 for supplying cooling agent is connected to collet chuck 3. Light guide 6 with light- reflecting protection envelope 7 made of flexible polymer material is located inside of flexible hose 5 and internal tube 2. The input end of light guide 6 is made in the form of hemisphere 8 with flat end face 9. The output end of light guide 6 is made in the form of hemisphere 10 with concave meniscus 11 on its distal part. The diameter of hemisphere 11 is equal to 0.7-1.0 of diameter of hemisphere 10 and meniscus curvature radius is equal to the focal length. Input and output ends of light guide 6 have metal coating 12 made of light-reflecting heat conducting metal. External tube 1 of the casing is removable and attached to collet chuck 3.
