FIELD: tube production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a plate with a spherical inner surface. A casing, having an outer contacting spherical surface and carrying a drawing die, is arranged in the plate, provided by radial grooves, mutually spaced by angular intervals, equal to 90 degrees, for extending pins, whose axis pass through a common center of the spherical surfaces. The casing has a free through groove for the extending part of the pin, mounted in the plate. The plate has a free through groove for the extending part of the pin, mounted in the casing. The extending parts of the pins are embraced by spherical strips, secured with possibility of motion with the aid of the pins respectively to an inner surface of the casing or to an outer surface of the plate; the strips have common center. A union nut is screwed on a threaded portion of the casing coaxially with the drawing die, the nut has a spherical surface, partially arranged inside of it and corresponding to the engaging outer surrface of the plate.
