FIELD: tailoring industry. SUBSTANCE: installation has loosening device, fan with suction branch pipe and air duct. The latter is connected with disperser provided with pans. Two plates are placed under disperser. One of plates is arranged vertically and the other is installed for placing in horizontal and vertical positions by means of drive. Installed on movable plate is case with clamps-sealers controlled by handle. Roller mounted on case cheeks engages with stop. Mechanism is coupled with vertical plate and framework.
