SUBSTANCE: installation of a waterlock in the path of air flow in the disperser provides for accumulation of compressed-air energy in the disperser volume, bringing of the mixture located in the disperser and near it to the condition of hydrovibration, thereby causing an intensive agitation of liquid crushing of air by passing it through self-breaking layers of charge of different dispersity, prevention of formation of unmixable zones by way of vibrations and circulations of liquid in the water area of the aerator, which enhances the effect of aeration.
