FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: carburetor has housing 1, throttle gate 2, idle system with emulsion passageway 5 coupled with float chamber 9 through nozzles 6 and 8, and by-pass passageway 10 connected with throttle space 3 of mixing chamber and with the space of mixing chamber 11 having spryer 12 couped with passageway 5. Outlet opening 13 of chamber 11 is in communication with space 4 downstream of the throttle. The carburetor also has control member with shaped cone 15 inside chamber 11 and damping projection 16, air-operated drive with rod 17 and diaphragm, first 21 and second 22 working spaces, control passageway 30 coupled with space 21, and space 4 downstream of the throttle. Space 22 is in communication with the atmosphere. Cover 20 of economizer has hollow projection 23 with a groove, outer thread, nut, and spring connected with above-diaphragm projection 27 of rod 17 and set on the pin received in the groove. Bent passageway 29 is positioned inside the housing of the mixing chamber. Top part of passageway 29 is in communication with space 3, and the bottom part is in communication with space 4 through passageway 30. The top edge of passageway 30 is positioned near the bottom edge of gate 2 when it is closed. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
