FIELD: freezing engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transporter for supplying products to be frozen to plates and pusher for transferring products from transporter to the plates. The pusher is coupled with pushing chains engaging engine gears. To apply significant and controlled force by way of the charging device without changing sizes of these members, chains with short links are used so that to allow them to be wound on the gears and to engage the gears approximately over quarter periphery. The gears are mounted on the shaft which can be set in motion by a group comprising engine, reduction gear, and brake. The group is mounted on the shaft to permit its floating and has a lever for switching on the torque, the lever being coupled with the underframe of the freezer through a dynamometer.
