FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: inlet chamber is provided with dispensing ring 13 secured in space 12 between tube plate 5 and baffle 9. The dispensing ring has openings 14 and 16 for flowing fluid and openings 15. Baffle 9 is made up as a ring. End face 7 of shield 6 is coupled with casing 1. Bushing 17 are received in axially alined openings 10 of baffle 9 and openings 15 of dispensing ring 13. The bushing enclose periphery tubes 4 of bank 3 providing guarantee space 18 and rigidly secured in dispensing ring 13. Design of the inlet chamber allows fluid to be dispensed so that to reduce the flow rate and influence of the flow rate on heat exchanging tubes 4. In so doing, the area of the heat exchanging does not decrease. Periphery tubes are more protected from the fluid flow. Heat extensions are compensated owing to movable setting of bushings 17 in baffle 9. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 4 dwg
