FIELD: realization of gas-liquid chemical and heat-mass-exchanging processes with big heat effect. SUBSTANCE: apparat has bundle of bubbling and circulating pipes, fixed in pipe holding gratings and located in cylindrical vertical body; upper chamber with vertical plates and lower chamber with gas-distributing device. Gas-distributing device is made as horizontal partition with holes along axes of bubbling pipes. Space between partition and lower pipe holding grating is divided by vertical bridges for several parts. In the case bridges are shifted in respect to plates in upper chamber so, that multi-pass canal is created for liquid movement from inlet coupling to outlet coupling. EFFECT: gas-lifting apparatus allows to decrease dispersion time of liquid reactant presence in it due to reactant multi-pass movement through operational zone. 1 dwg
