FIELD: hydraulic drive for an excavator. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive has pumps, pressure and discharge pipelines, executing hydraulic engines, hydraulic distributors connected to executing hydraulic engines and to pressure and discharge pipelines, pump power regulator. Servosystem comprises a source of additional pressure, which is driven by any source except for drive engine of hydraulic drive. Hydraulic pipelines for additional pressure feed are connected to the cavity of additional hydraulic cylinder through OR valve on the side being opposite to pusher. Drive engine is used to feed hydraulic lines of the main pressure. One pressure is of constant value and is fed through OR valve to the cavity of additional chamber on the side being opposite to the pusher, and another pressure is fed to the cavity of additional cylinder on the side of the pusher and changes from zero to the value less than value of pressure being fed the cavity of additional chamber.
