FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: tunnel shield includes body with face chamber, rotary working member and screw conveyer. Rotary working member consists of fixed and rotating shells. Rotating shell consists of supporting and extensible parts. Installed on the extensible part are butterfly valves and feeling cutter with hydraulic rams. Installed on body of each retractable ram is tubular shell accommodating pipeline sections connecting rigid pipelines located on extensible part and supplying working fluid to hydraulic rams of butterfly valves and feeling cutter hydraulic ram. Pipeline sections connecting rigid and flexible pipelines of extensible and supporting parts are accommodated in tubular shells of retractable rams. Floating seals serves to seal hollows in which retractable rams and pipeline sections are accommodated. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 7 dwg
