FIELD: manufacture of construction materials. SUBSTANCE: pump-dispergator has detachable housing 1 with connecting pipes 2-5 for supplying and discharging working fluid and torus-like chamber 6, stator 8 with slots, and blade centrifugal wheel 12 with shell 13 having slots. Slots 14 made in shell 13 have chamfering 16 closed from the faces. The chamferings go into cylindrical parts 17 to define with stator 8 alternating wedge-shaped spaces 19 and radial gaps 18. When slots 10 and 14 are periodically closed the working fluid is mechanically separated into microspaces and undergoes shocks, shearing, wearing, crushing, pressure pulsating, and cavitation resulting in quality mixing.
