SUBSTANCE: seeding mechanism has seeding disk in form of cylindrical base vertically installed in housing and secured on base wheel-shaped parts, sectional along axis, which form the cells. Placed between these parts are adjusting plates and cell depth regulators installed in circular grooves and made along cell axes.
