FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: teat cup comprises a casing 1 with suction cup 2, flexible combined plates 3 installed diametrically in casing and provided with joints 4 at the ends. Casing has a removable lower portion 7. Internal surface of the casing is provided with circular guides 8 one of which is disposed in the upper part of the casing and the other one, in its lower part. Joints 4 of plates 3 are installed in guides 8 with a provision for transverse movement relative to the casing 1. A flexible circular member 9 communicates with a source of variable pressure and can interact with the plates. Pressure built up in the space of the circular member expands said member, it grows in size and transmits the force to the plates which compress the udder teat uniformly throughout its length. Milk is squeezed from the udder and sucked off through a pipe into a container. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
