FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has a casing with nipples in its inlet and outlet. The casing is a flexible tube. The external surface of any of the nipples is made up of two conjugated truncated conic surfaces coupled with the greater bases, the lesser bases being directed towards the nipple ends external and internal with respect to the dropper casing. Nipple has interference fit with the internal surface of the casing over the whole conic surface of the nipple facing its internal end, and at least over a part of its conic surface facing the external end.
