FIELD: mixing engineering. SUBSTANCE: housing is pressure-tight. A pipe, whose one end face is inside the housing space, is secured to the top wall of the housing. One end of a hose is secured to the end face of the pipe positioned inside the housing space and the other end is secured to the ring. The means for moving is constructed as a flexible tie passing through a torus mounted in the pipe, one end of the tie being connected with the reverse driving drum above the pipe and the other with the roller secured to the ring on outer wall projecting above the housing of a part of the pipe. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and improved quality of mixing. 1 dwg
