A telescopic sleeve is installed in the service chamber in alignment with the delivery hydraulic fill pipeline. The telescopic sleeve and delivery hydraulic fill pipeline are furnished with taper rings, which are installed coaxially relative to one another and make up an annular nozzle along the periphery of the hydraulic fill pipeline.
