FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: step plunger is received in the step cylinder with working and compensation chambers. The ratio of areas of steps of the plunger is 2:1. The step of grater diameter is received in the working chamber. The delivery pipe line is connected with the compensation chamber having a delivery member. The cam mechanism of the plunger drive with twin roller pusher has shaped cam mounted on the driving shaft. The plunger is solid and provided with mutually perpendicular through longitudinal grooves for receiving rollers of the pusher axles of which are secured in the plunger body. The displacement member of the compensation chamber is constructed as a diaphragm provided with a hydraulic drive having the driving chamber filled with an intermediate fluid, the driving chamber being in communication with a chamber defined by the steps of lesser diameter of the cylinder and plunger through a pipe line.
